Agreement
By creating an account or using Complete G12 ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
What the app does
Complete G12 provides lessons, practice questions, past papers, live quizzes and a Reading Checker for Myanmar Grade 12 students, plus a directory where students can ask verified teachers for help. It is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Myanmar Ministry of Education or any examinations board, and using it does not guarantee any particular exam result.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate details, and use one account per person.
- You must be old enough to consent to online services in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass anyone, upload unlawful material, attempt to break into other accounts or our systems, scrape or redistribute our content, or share access codes and Premium accounts with people who have not paid. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Payments, Premium and credits
- Premium is sold for fixed periods (30, 90 or 365 days) and is activated by an access code or by an admin after payment is confirmed.
- Payments are made through KBZPay. We verify the transaction details you submit manually, which normally takes less than a day.
- Reading Checker minutes on the paid engine are consumed as you use them. When your credits run out the app switches automatically to the free browser engine, which is less accurate but keeps working.
- Prices may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Refunds
If the app does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of paying and we will refund the unused portion of your Premium period. We cannot refund minutes that have already been used.
Teachers and students
Teachers listed in the app are independent — we verify that a profile is genuine, but we do not employ teachers, set their rates, or supervise their lessons. Arrangements, payments and scheduling between a student and a teacher are between those two people. Contact details are exchanged only after a student accepts a proposal. We are not a party to those arrangements and are not responsible for them, though we will remove profiles that are reported and found to be abusive.
Content
Lessons, questions and notes in the app remain ours or our contributors'. You may use them for your own study. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them. Anything you write yourself — your requests, notes and answers — stays yours; you simply give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the app.
Availability
We aim to keep the app running, but it is provided "as is". Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems at our hosting providers. Keep your own copy of anything important; Settings → Export data produces a full JSON backup.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost study time, or exam outcomes. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where it is fair to do so we will refund any unused Premium.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app.
